Shipping Delays for LCD Display modules

LCD Display modules manufactured in China will be delayed by one week, due to the National Day of China

Focus Display’s LCD glass suppliers in China will be closed from 1 October to 7 October 2013, due to the National Day of China HOLIDAY. This will add one week lead time for both sample and production orders placed before the date.

The last LCD shipment date from China will be on 27 September and the first day of shipping after the holiday will be 8 October.

This holiday should not affect the lead time of LCD modules and components that are being manufactured and shipped out of Taiwan.

All Focus LCDs Deliveries shipped FED-EX air

In an effort to reduce your lead time, we ship all LCD Display modules, both prototype samples and production, via FedEx air. We do not ship any LCD Displays via boat, which could add weeks to your delivery date. This allows us to receive product from China to the US in an estimated seventy two hours.

Shipping Fed-Ex air is our standard policy all year and not just during holiday seasons. This allows us to hold a six week lead time for LCD prototype samples and seven week lead time for production orders.

US Based LCD inventory

Focus Displays holds all LCD inventory for our customers in our Chandler Arizona warehouse and allows us to ship product the same day they contact us.

We are able to schedule out deliveries for up to one year against a NCNR (non-cancelable, non-refundable) purchase order.

US based engineering and support will be available during the week long holiday and is able to provide quotes, lead times, and engineering support and counter drawings.
