Shipping & Returns
Due to the ESD sensitive nature of our products, all orders are NCNR (non-cancellable, non-returnable). In the event of a defective product, a return can be processed and Focus LCDs can send a replacement item at no charge. In the event a replacement is not available, Focus LCDs will issue a refund for the defective item after it has been returned. Refunds are issued within one week of the returned item being received and may take an additional 2 – 3 weeks for processing.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, the part number of the product and the reason for return. You will typically receive a response within 1 business day from a customer service representative with instructions for processing the return.
Focus LCDs ships to nearly all countries worldwide with the exception of those listed as Sanctioned Destinations by the United States Bureau of Industry and Security. If your country is not listed on the BIS website as a Sanctioned Destination and you are having trouble placing an order through our website, please Contact Us to arrange shipment.
All online orders placed by 12:00 PM MST will ship the same business day. All order placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship no later than the following business day.
