Character LCD Kyocera Cross Reference Guide

Kyocera has discontinued many of its LCD products.

Probably the only thing worse than running out of coffee is to have your LCD discontinued.

Sure, you can always run down to the local store to quickly ease you through this crisis. However, LCDs are a whole different matter for OEMs (original equipment manufacturer).

When your success (and profits) depend on continuous production of your product and your current LCD supplier has discontinued the display you need . . . well, you’re stuck. You can’t just run down to the store and buy two hundred 16×2 character LCDs at Walmart.

You need to find an equivalent source and find it now. Luckily, Focus LCDs holds inventory in Chandler, Arizona and can ship out samples ASAP. (if not sooner).

Note: The Focus part numbers are only the root part number. In other words, the recommended display has the same fit, but may not have the same backlight color or viewing angle you need.
